I really appreciated the convenience of the kitchen facilities in the Holiday hotel. It was great to have the option to cook and prepare meals in my own space. The room itself had good facilities and was well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities provided. the lack of windows in the bedroom ensured a peaceful and undisturbed sleep.

I did have some minor grievances during my stay. This made the overall ambiance feel a bit sterile and impersonal.

The location was perfect, in a quiet area but still close to everything. The staff was super friendly and helpful, making our check-in a breeze. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the en-suite shower/toilet was excellent. We were pleasantly surprised to find towels and toiletries provided. The offer of a refund for parking costs was a nice gesture. The apartment had a fully equipped kitchen, with an electric kettle and cookware. The flat-screen TV with Netflix made us feel right at home. a fantastic stay with all the amenities we needed.

We loved the central location of the hotel, which made it easy for us to walk to nearby shopping centers and other attractions. The facility was clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I absolutely loved the warm and cozy atmosphere of the hotel. The beautiful decorations and comfortable seating areas made me feel right at home. It was also very accessible for us seniors, with wide hallways and easy-to-navigate elevators. I appreciated how thoughtful the hotel was in considering the needs of older guests like myself.

I do wish the staff had been more attentive to the needs of us seniors. While the overall experience was great, I could have used a bit more assistance from the children working there.

The internet speed at Holiday Rotorua was impressive, allowing us to easily stay connected. Additionally, the beds were comfortable and the central location was convenient. The size of the apartment was also reasonable.

I loved sharing everything with strangers, it was so much fun! The hotel had all the essentials, like laundry facilities and free WiFi. And the location was amazing, I could stroll to the Night Market and the Performing Arts Centre in no time.

How can I complain when everything was just so perfect?

We appreciated the thoughtful touch of a bottle of bubbles upon arrival. Check-in and checkout were convenient, allowing us to go at our own pace. the location was perfect, situated in the city centre with shops and eateries within close proximity. it was a clean, modern, and enjoyable stay. Cons: Cannot find any fault. 🤩.

The location was mind-blowing, right in the heart of the CBD, with fantastic restaurants and bars nearby. I recently stayed at Holiday in Rotorua for 3 nights with 3 friends. The location was perfect, just blocks away from the bus station. Checking in was a breeze with clear instructions. The apartment was spacious and stylish, with comfortable beds. The water pressure was excellent, and it was thoughtful to have air-conditioning, fans, and electric blankets. The nearby restaurants were plentiful, and having a washing machine was a great convenience. I had a great experience.

Great central location just a few blocks from the bus station and lots of restaurants. The shower had good water pressure and the bed was comfortable. There were complimentary drink and hot water kettle for coffee and tea lovers.

The noise from the street made it hard to sleep and the air conditioner was not effective enough. The room was dirty with stains on the stove top and food splatters on the bench wall, plus there was rubbish under the curtain.

Great location, close to an Irish bar and with free parking. Complimentary bottle of wine, clean modern interior with good wifi. Convenient kitchen and laundry facilities. Enjoyed the Apple TV with Netflix. Comfortable beds and helpful staff.
